Warriors’ Kevon Looney worth noting that this illness is not expected to affect his availability for Golden State’s much-anticipated regular-season opener against the Phoenix Suns, scheduled for October 24th.

Nonetheless, there’s a possibility that Looney might also be held out of the team’s preseason finale against the San Antonio Spurs on Friday, as the Warriors closely monitor his condition and prioritize his recovery and well-being.
